Master of Arts (M.A.) Programs | Affiliated to BAMU
To enable rural youth to pursue advanced master degrees locally, Post Graduate courses were started in academic year 2009-2010. This was a pioneering initiative in Khuldabad taluka beneficial for backward class and rural students.
1. M.A. in History
Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)
Comprehensive study of Ancient, Medieval, Modern Indian History, Historiography, Maratha History, and local archaeological research.
2. M.A. in Urdu
Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)
Advanced study of classical Urdu Ghazal, Nazm, Dastan, modern literature, criticism, and linguistic communicative competence.
3. M.A. in Marathi
Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)
Deep study of ancient Saint literature, modern Marathi poetry, Dalit and rural literature, grammar, and literary criticism.
4. M.A. in Political Science
Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)
Comparative politics, political philosophies, Indian constitutional process, international relations, and public administration.
Career Outlook for PG Students
Postgraduate students can appear for national competitive examinations such as UGC NET / SET for professorship, MPSC, UPSC, Civil Services, banking examinations, mass communication, and doctoral research.
